Terms of Service

Last updated: October 11, 2025

TLDR. PequeRoku is an MIT-licensed, open-source project. These Terms describe the ground rules for using the code and this website. They are not legal advice.

If we later offer a managed or hosted product (e.g., “Team Cloud”), it will have its own terms and privacy notice. Until then, your use of the software is governed by the MIT license and your local laws.

Open-source license

The PequeRoku source code is offered under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the software, subject to the terms of that license, including the requirement to include the copyright and permission notice.
